Polestar Bakery Bulk Supply Ltd — Effective 2026-10-15

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order through this portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Public orders are subject to minimum quantity and minimum total rules displayed in the order form.
Business orders are governed by the contract between your company and the Bakery.
We reserve the right to reject any order that does not meet the published rules.

4. Payment

Public clients pay via Interac e-Transfer to the address shown at checkout.
Business clients are invoiced according to their contract terms.
We do not store or process payment card information.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to the cutoff time communicated by the Bakery. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are issued at the Bakery's discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. Limitation of liability

The portal is provided "as is". While we take reasonable measures to ensure availability and accuracy, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province where the Bakery is located and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered clients.
