Wholesale customers receive a numeric Client ID from the Bakery sales team.
Use it to register at the “Apply for Business Account” link on the portal.
Public customers can call the Bakery directly.
One‑time setup fee: $100 CAD — secure access from home via OneDrive.
Emergency invoicing, payment verification, and report viewing.

responsible for data security outside the bakery network. This option is only discussed
if the director asks.

Pricing for the Inventory Portal depends on how your bakery actually
works: how many materials, how many locations, how you count, and what you need to
see at 6 a.m. That's not something we can put a fixed number on — it would be
dishonest, and we've seen enough of that.
⚠️ Our role — please read: Coral Soft Bake is a
software and hosting provider for bakery businesses.
We do not produce, sell, or distribute bakery products, and we are not a party
to the commercial relationship between a bakery and its own customers.
Product quality, allergens, deliveries, refunds, and complaints are handled
directly by each bakery under its own policies.
Each bakery controls its own products, prices, and which customers may
order through its portal.
Coral Soft Bake provides the technical platform, hosting, and support to
the bakery only.
Coral Soft Bake does not promote, recommend, or require any specific
payment processor. The decision to accept online payments and which
processor to use is made independently by each bakery. We provide technical
integration support only when requested.
Before we built Coral Soft Bake, we tried the cloud-first approach
that most vendors push. We hosted our recipes, our costs, and our customer list on
platforms we didn't own. It was fast to set up — and it never felt right.
It didn't fit a bakery.
So we went the other way. Coral Soft Bake is not a cloud system. Your bakery's sensitive
information — recipes, costs, customer lists — never leaves your local network.
No direct database connection between the web portal and your PC.
Updates are done via CSV emails, not live queries. No open ports, no remote access.
Local login only: To use the software, someone must be physically at the
computer and enter credentials created inside the system.
Zero external exposure: Only order references and product names (without costs)
are visible on the web. All core data stays with you.
You are always in control. We never have access to your database.
Your recipe is unique. So should your software be.
